Pamela joined the Company in May 2006 with a clear goal to gain as much knowledge of the insurance sector and use her extensive customer skills to service Churchill clients.

She now successfully does so for those clients taking Private Medical Insurance and similarly maintains the strongest of relationships with those who have taken out our unique Caterers cover.

Previously working mainly in a customer service environment as both a client handler for a mobile phone company and as an administrator within Local Government, Pamela has proved a valuable addition to the team.

Pamela is a strong advocate of Churchill’s ‘The Client is King’ philosophy and will always ensure that the cover provided is the best possible available.
